Jim Hill
Associational Missionary
Jim Hill was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. He enlisted in the United States Air Force after high school. In 1990, God called him into vocational ministry and after returning from Desert Shield/Storm, he was called to South Ebenezer Baptist Church as pastor. He began seeking his college degree from the Baptist College of Florida and after retiring from the Air Force in 1996, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology in 1999.
Jim is married to the former Robin Clark of Lebanon, Indiana. Together they have two children and six grandchildren. He loves spending time with family, fishing, camping, and being outdoors.
Having served as pastor of churches in Florida and Alabama, Jim was called to serve the Dale Baptist Association as the Associational Missionary. He has served on and led several mission trips both home and abroad. He has been active in the Disaster Relief ministry for over 20 years and serves in several disciplines including chainsaw, shower & laundry, food service, and chaplain. In addition to these, Jim also serves as the Chaplain for the Ozark Police Department.
Kimberly Bartley
Ministry Assistant
Kim has been with DBA since 2012. She has previously served in many different positions and businesses throughout the Southeast. She is originally from Alabama but has also lived in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She was blessed to have also served at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association while living in the Carolina’s.
Kim came to know the Lord as her Savior when she was 5 years old. There have been many ups and downs in her life but Jesus has seen her through them all. She is an active church member at Camp Ground Baptist Church. She serves as a Sunday School teacher among other positions of leadership.
Kim is mom to two boys, Aidan and Judson. They are very active in band, musical theater, and church. This keeps her busy but she still finds time for her own interests as well.
